Infant Massage

Baby's First Massage is intended for parent or care givers and their medically stable newborn(s). Babies who receive massage can experience:

 

• Better sleep/wake behaviors

• Improved growth and development

• Improved relaxation and release of accumulated stress

• Reduced blood pressure

• Strengthened digestive, circulatory and gastrointestinal systems.

Families who share in infant massage can experience:

• Stronger bonding and attachment between parent and baby

• Increased communication between baby and parent

• Strong family foundation through understanding, positive communication, and touch.

Infant and Newborn Massage can be taught in an individual or group session. These classes are offered in home, or at my office in Decatur, GA. Please see the current class schedule below for dates and times. Cost of the class includes instruction for two adults, one baby (please contact me about multiples), and a take home instruction booklet.

Classes are approximately 90 minutes in duration based on class size and baby's tolerance.
